This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for someone eager to grow in a supportive, dynamic environment.You'll be joining a team of experienced, driven professionals in a company that values collaboration, progression, and positive energy.What You'll Be Doing:Building strong, professional relationships with consultants, candidates, and clients.Generating recruitment opportunities from candidates to support business development.Creating and maintaining accurate records in our bespoke CRM system.Managing inbound calls from clients and candidates.Handling candidate onboarding and compliance processes.Writing engaging job adverts and crafting standout candidate profiles.Learning to manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to offer stage and post-placement follow-up.What We're Looking For:A natural communicator with strong verbal and written skills.Confident using social media channels and job boards for sourcing talent.Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) , Zoom , and Canva .Organised and detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.A positive, can-do attitude with a drive to succeed and grow.Previous experience in resourcing or recruitment administration is ideal but not essential.Comfortable supporting a high-energy, sales-driven team.What You'll Get:Competitive salary (dependent on experience)Hybrid working modelOpportunity to go permanentSupportive, empowering work cultureA diverse and ever-changing role where no two days are the sameChance to learn and grow within an established and successful teamThis is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in recruitment and make a real impact within a vibrant, supportive team.Interested?
