This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, wants to learn, and is keen to build a career in software and application support.Whether you've gained experience through your degree, university projects, placements, or personal development, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleWorking alongside experienced colleagues, you'll receive training and support while gaining exposure to a variety of technologies and business-critical applications. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting internal business applications and resolving user issues.Assisting with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Working with databases and supporting database administration activities.Supporting software development and testing where required.Learning about the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and development best practices.Collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Maintaining technical documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.About YouWe're primarily looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
