This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined consultancy who provide architectural and planning services to the residential and commercial sector. They are looking for a proactive and talented Architect to join their team in Newcastle.

Duties for the role of Architect:

\n
• Deliver residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
\n
• Work alongside the planning and development team to ensure successful project delivery
\n
• Undertake site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
\n
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages
\n
• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
\n
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
\n

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

\n
• ARB registered
\n
• Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
\n
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
\n
• Experience working on residential and commercial projects across all RIBA work stages
\n
• Excellent technical and design skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area
\n
