Location: Welham GreenContract: 6 Months (potential to become permanent)Pay Rate: £14.00 per hourHours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 16:30 | Friday, 07:30 - 12:30

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Prepare products for dispatch - final production duties
\n
• Reel, palletise and cut materials, pick and pack as required
\n
• Check picking lists and print labels accurately
\n
• Use the ERP system to manage inventory and stock movements
\n
• Verify stock, part numbers and lot numbers
\n
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards are met
\n
• Support different production areas as required to meet business needs
\n
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the department
\n

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

\n
• Previous experience in a production
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
\n
• Competent IT skills, including experience using inventory or ERP systems
\n
• The ability to read and understand picking lists, stock records and documentation
\n
• Experience working within a Quality Management System, ideally ISO 9001:2015
\n
• The ability to read and understand engineering drawings and diagrams
\n
