\nWe are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our client in Drighlington. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments including production, finance, sales and customer support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will be proactive, professional, and adept at managing multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Provide general administrative support to the business, with a focus on supporting the production, finance, and customer support departments \n
- Handle incoming telephone calls and emails professionally, serving as the first point of contact for various department inquiries \n
- Greet visitors and assist with reception duties when required \n
- Manage filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records and documentation across different departments \n
- Update internal databases and spreadsheets relevant to production schedules, financial records, and customer interactions \n
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents that support business operations \n
- Order office supplies and monitor stock levels, ensuring all departments are well-equipped \n
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating diaries, and organising meetings across departments \n
- Process incoming and outgoing post, including documents related to production and finance \n
- Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed \n
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company procedures across all areas of support \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting multiple business areas such as production, finance, or customer support \n
- Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of managing tasks across various departments \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, liaising with different departments effectively \n
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail \n
