FINANCIAL ADVISER – Inherit Existing Client Bank -Near Colchester, Essex

Salary Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits - Permanent, Hybrid (2 days in office)

An award-winning, independent Wealth Management firm near Colchester is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their established and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit an established client portfolio from day one and develop existing relationships while identifying opportunities to grow your client bank.

• Take over and develop an existing portfolio of loyal clients

• Deliver holistic, independent financial planning across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning

• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service

• Conduct regular client reviews and identify planning opportunities

• Work with an experienced paraplanning and admin team to deliver outstanding client experience

• Generate additional business through referrals and professional introducers

• Ensure all advice meets FCA regulatory standards

Applications are welcomed from Advisers at various career stages. You will ideally have:

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)

• Previous experience providing regulated financial advice

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Client-centric and ethical approach to financial planning

• Ability to manage existing relationships while developing new business

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
