Commercial Property Solicitor

AJ Chambers is working with a highly regarded London law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (3–5 years' PQE) to join its established Real Estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value commercial property matters, advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices, investors and corporate clients.

The Role

You will advise on:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
\n
• Landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases.
\n
• Title due diligence.
\n
• Development work, including option agreements, promotion agreements and conditional contracts.
\n
• Commercial property finance and secured lending.
\n
• Working closely with corporate, finance, tax and dispute resolution teams on complex transactions.
\n
• Building client relationships and supporting business development.
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE in Commercial Property or Real Estate.
\n
• Strong experience handling acquisitions, disposals, leases and development matters.
\n
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
\n
• Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach.
\n
