Are you, or someone you know, a care professional looking for a rewarding new role? We are currently recruiting for a full-time Autism Practitioner.Here is a breakdown of the role: The Location: A mix of office and community-based work covering the Lanark, Carluke, and Biggar areas The Pay: £15 per hour PAYE rolled up, plus allowance for every sleepover worked The Schedule: Flexible shift pattern covering days, evenings, and weekends, alongside on-call duties dependent on your development stage and location The Role: You will provide highly personalised care to some of the 48+ autistic individuals within the service across Housing Support, Supported Living, residential care, and transitional assessment settingsActing as a Keyworker, you will lead regular review meetings and actively shape outcome-based support plansYou will have the autonomy within your team to ensure service provision is of the highest quality and promotes safeguarding Requirements: You must be a member of the PVG scheme and be registered with the SSSC, or be willing to work towards a relevant qualification

Have a Full UK drivers licence.
