Job Description
Creative Support is a non-profit organization focused on delivering an excellent standard of care and support to vulnerable people. We work with the local government and NHS to provide this nationwide. We are looking for an administrator to provide the back-office skills needed to allow our dedicated frontline support workers to flourish.
\nWe are seeking a welcoming, friendly and hardworking individual to join our fast-paced Blackpool Office which is conveniently located in the town centre. You will be involved in providing efficient, responsive secretarial support to senior staff to help ensure that our services run smoothly. As an Administrator for Creative Support, you can be assured that the work you are doing is meaningful, and makes a positive impact on the lives of others.
\nThe successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritise a workload unsupervised. You will be proficient with computer software, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint). You will be responsible processing data such as for preparing professional reports and graphs, organising meetings/events, processing timesheets.
\nYou will act as a key point of contact for internal and external queries for our Blackpool Learning Disabilities Services. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner is a must, along with the ability to take detailed messaged and signpost individuals to the appropriate members of staff.
\nThis is a part-time role (22.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. We can offer flexibility with hours during school times – i.e. 9:30am to 3pm.
\nApplicants must have at least one year’s experience of administration/reception work within a busy office environment.
