Support Workers (SW) & Senior Support Workers (SSW)Fantastic earning potential with a highly flexible schedule.Contract: 36 hours per week (Full-Time).Shift Patterns: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available between 07:00 - 22:00.Flexibility: Full-time hours can frequently be condensed into 3 to 4 days.Overtime: Plentiful. Our average worker chooses to do 52 hours per week.Pay Rates:Support Worker: £13.45 per hour (~£25,178 - £26,208/annum base).Senior Support Worker: £14.00 per hour (Must hold SVQ Level 3).Earnings Booster: Realistically £37,000+ per year when utilizing our abundant overtime (based on a 52-hour week).2. Care CoordinatorsContract: 36 hours per week.Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour.The Role: Office-based position managing and optimizing care runs, with field travel for client reviews as required.Requirement: Must have previous professional experience overseeing and planning care rosters/runs.3.
