\nThe team advises on a broad range of private family law matters, with particular expertise in financial remedy proceedings, including cases involving complex assets. You'll also be encouraged to take an active role in business development, networking and helping to grow both your own practice and the wider team.
The Role\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Advising clients on a broad range of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes and private children matters. \n
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion. \n
- Drafting court applications, witness statements, consent orders and other legal documentation. \n
- Preparing matters for hearings and supporting clients throughout the litigation process. \n
- Developing effective case strategies tailored to each client's objectives. \n
- Delivering clear, practical and empathetic legal advice. \n
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal file management procedures. \n
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm. \n
- Supporting business development initiatives through networking, marketing and relationship building. \n
To be considered, you will have:

- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Family Law. \n
- The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. \n
- Experience advising on divorce, financial remedy and private children matters. \n
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills. \n
- A client-focused and empathetic approach. \n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. \n
