Vehicle Technician Southampton | Permanent | £37,500–£40,000 + Bonus Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for a well-paid role with a reputable independent automotive business? We’re recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and established workshop in Southampton. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician looking for a stable position, good earning potential and a strong work-life balance. The Role You’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs across a range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. You’ll be joining an experienced team in a professional workshop where quality workmanship and customer satisfaction are important. What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic * Relevant automotive qualification or equivalent experience * Full UK driving licence * Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High standard of workmanship and attention to detail * Reliable, professional and hardworking approach The Package * £37,500 – £40,000 basic salary, depending on experience * Bonus scheme * Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm * Alternate Saturdays, 8:00am – 1:00pm * Permanent position * Established and professional workshop environment * Opportunity to develop and progress * MOT Tester Training available If you’re an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for your next move in Southampton, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a successful independent business offering a strong salary and consistent working hours.
