M&E Coordinator

M&E Coordinator position available Location: Hemel Hempstead Contract: Freelance | 18-Month Contract - 350 a day Commitment: 5 Days Per Week Rate: Competitive Day Rate (DOE) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Coordinator to join a well-established main contractor delivering a major refurbishment project in Hemel Hempstead. This role would suit someone with a background as an M&E Coordinator, Mechanical Site Manager, Electrical Site Manager, Project Engineer or Senior Supervisor who has experience managing and coordinating M&E packages on construction projects. The Role Coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical works on site Manage and oversee M&E subcontractors Attend and lead coordination and progress meetings Review drawings and resolve coordination issues Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards Liaise with the project team, consultants and subcontractors throughout the project Support commissioning, testing and project handover Requirements Proven experience delivering M&E packages on construction projects Previous main contractor experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of Mechanical & Electrical building services Excellent communication and coordination skills CSCS card essential, with SMSTS or SSSTS preferred What's on Offer 18-month freelance contract Competitive day rate (DOE) Long-term project with an immediate startIf you're an experienced M&E professional looking for your next long-term freelance opportunity in Hemel Hempstead, we'd love to hear from you.
