Quantity Surveyor - Water Infrastructure

Conrad Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading independent construction and property consultancy that is expanding its commercial team to support a major desalination project across Norfolk and Suffolk. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a nationally important scheme, delivering essential infrastructure while developing your career within an established consultancy renowned for delivering complex projects across the UK. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Cost planning and commercial management Procurement support NEC contract administration Valuations, variations and change control Financial reporting and forecasting Risk and opportunity management Building strong relationships with project stakeholders About You Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Experience working on infrastructure, utilities or civil engineering projects Working knowledge of NEC contracts Strong commercial awareness and communication skills Motivated to develop your career on major UK infrastructure projects Salary & Benefits £45,000 - £55,000 Hybrid working Competitive pension and benefits package Excellent career progression opportunities Ongoing professional development and chartership support If you're looking to build your career on one of the UK's flagship water infrastructure projects, we'd love to hear from you
