Freelance Fitout Site Manager

We're Hiring: Freelance Fitout Site Manager Location: Manchester Sectors: Commercial Project Types: Shop Fit Out Payrate: £280 - £300 a day Duration: 10 weeks What you'll do as a Freelance Fitout Site Manager: Oversee fitout project on shop fit out Report directly to the Project Manager Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives Support commissioning and final handoversDuties of a Freelance Fitout Site Manager include but are not limited to: Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal) Record onsite progress and lookaheads Report into Senior Management Follow H&S guidelinesRequired Qualifications/Experience Experience working on commercial fitout projects CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position UK driving license and access to own vehicle What's on offer Day rate - whatever your preference Weekly pay on a FridayHow to apply Please apply directly to this job ad or for more information please call Sam at Fawkes & Reece on (phone number removed)
