About the role

\n

Join Edenred as a Senior QA Engineer to help assure the quality of new platform features and drive continuous improvement in testing practices. You’ll take technical ownership of new approaches, mentor junior QA engineers, and work across squads to deliver on-time, high-quality releases while being a top team player.

Key responsibilities

    Lead development of automated tests (functional and non-functional) to ensure feature quality.

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Take technical ownership of testing approaches and drive improvements to QA processes and standards.

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Mentor and transfer knowledge to more junior QA engineers; spread best practice across squads and teams.

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Ensure software meets or exceeds published metrics and quality benchmarks.

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Proactively contribute to the technical evolution of Paytech’s products.

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Work as “one team” to ensure deliveries are on time and to a high quality.

  • \n
\n

Technical skills & experience

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Significant commercial experience testing enterprise-level systems, including microservice architectures and web applications.

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Strong experience in one or more of: TDD/BDD, performance & load testing, security testing, UI & accessibility testing.

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Experience with data creation and curation and familiarity with DevOps practices and principles.

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Beneficial experience: AWS services, JUnit, Cucumber, XML/JSON, working with large databases, and tools such as SVN/Git, Ant/Maven, Tomcat, Apache, Jenkins.
