Litigation Lawyer
\nPart-time or full-time
\nHybrid Working
\nOur client, a Local Authority based in Kent is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their friendly and supportive Legal Services team on a locum basis. The successful candidate will be required to assist with a range of civil and criminal litigation matters.
\nWhilst full-time hours would be preferred, a part-time working pattern could be considered.
\nRegular office and court attendance would be preferred.
\nResponsibilities of the Litigation Lawyer:

- Undertake a range of civil litigation matters, to include housing litigation \n
- Undertake a range of criminal litigation matters, e. environmental prosecutions and fly tipping \n
- Attend court hearings, as required (anticipated monthly) \n
