Maintenance Electrician Birmingham £42,500 Our client is looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their team on a prestigious commercial site in Birmingham This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established building services provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality maintenance solutions across London's commercial sector. Maintenance Electrician Duties: Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Maintenance of single and three-phase power systems Motors, pumps, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing Basic BMS operation and monitoring Safe isolation of plant and equipment Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and site procedures Completing logbooks, RAMS and maintenance records Raising and closing work orders via PDA systems Supporting general building services maintenance where required Maintenance Electrician Requirements: Fully qualified Electrician (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Minimum 3 years' experience within commercial building services maintenance Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience Professional and client-facing approach Able to work both independently and as part of a team Located within a commutable distance of the City of London Maintenance Electrician Salary & Benefits: £42,500 per annum Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Call out rota of 1 in 3 Overtime opportunities available Ongoing training and development Career progression opportunities Join a leading and well-established building services provider Long-term, stable commercial contract
