The Opportunity

You'll join one of the region's leading Private Client teams, advising an impressive range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs and multi-generational families.

The work is varied, technically interesting and includes:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration
\n
• Inheritance tax planning
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
\n
• Court of Protection matters
\n
• Trust creation and administration
\n
• Advising high-net-worth individuals on wealth preservation and succession planning

With the support of recognised specialists, you'll have the opportunity to develop your expertise and build long-term relationships with a loyal client base.

Why This Role?

This isn't a high-volume private client practice.

Around 90% of work comes from repeat clients and professional referrals, allowing solicitors to focus on delivering exceptional advice and building lasting client relationships.

The firm works closely with financial advisers, banks and other professional contacts, resulting in a consistent flow of high-quality instructions and increasingly sophisticated private wealth work.

What You'll Bring

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Private Client. (applications from those with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and a strong level of private client technical knowledge will also be considered).
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate planning.
\n
• Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
\n
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
\n
• A collaborative approach and commercial mindset.
\n
• STEP or SFE qualification (or an interest in working towards one) would be advantageous but is not essential.
