Personal Injury Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Complex Personal Injury Paralegal to join the specialist personal injury team of one of the UK's leading claimant law firms. This role offers the chance to handle a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury matters, with a particular focus on complex Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, while developing your expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will manage your own caseload of personal injury files, primarily involving RTA claims that have exited the portal and progressed into the Fast Track or lower-value Multi-Track. The work is varied and technically interesting, often involving overlapping injuries, significant pre-existing medical conditions, stayed proceedings requiring procedural applications, and other complex issues.

W You will also have the opportunity to support junior team members with procedural queries and work alongside senior colleagues on more complex or high-value matters, further developing your technical expertise.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a personal injury environment as a Paralegal, Fee Earner, or similar, with a strong background handling portal claims and experience progressing matters into the Fast Track and/or Multi-Track.
