Join our team as a Paraplanner and contribute to delivering top-notch financial planning and advice to our clients. This role is crucial for providing technical research, analysis, and report writing services to Financial Advisers, ensuring optimal client outcomes and adherence to high standards of practice.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Conduct detailed research and analysis of retail financial products. \n
- Evaluate technical elements and costs associated with financial products to determine the best options for clients. \n
- Perform income sustainability analyses and technical calculations related to tax and pension allowances. \n
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of research and analyses to substantiate the advice given. \n
- Collaborate effectively with Financial Advisers, discussing client needs and potential solutions. \n
- Prepare clear and concise recommendation reports that outline advised strategies and their justifications. \n
- Ensure all activities are conducted with due diligence, focusing on the best outcomes for clients. \n
- Work closely with compliance and review teams to enhance advice quality and ensure adherence to policies. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Holds a Level 4 qualification or above in Financial Planning. \n
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. \n
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels. \n
- Methodical approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. \n
- Strong team player with a client-focused attitude. \n
- Proactive and able to initiate tasks independently. \n
- Proficient in IT, with basic skills in MS Word and Excel. \n
- Upholds the highest levels of honesty and integrity. \n
- Committed to maintaining high standards and continuously improving systems and processes. \n
- Respectful and considerate towards colleagues, clients, and third-party suppliers, always mindful of the firm’s reputation. \n
