Join a team as an HR Administrator and contribute to the effective management of the HR functions. This role involves supporting senior HR colleagues with day-to-day HR administration, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle processes across multiple business functions. This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence for the majority of the week with the flexibility of some homeworking.

Day-to-day of the role:

    Recruitment, Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:

    \n
      \n
    • Support recruitment administration including liaising with agencies, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, issuing offer documentation, and preparing contracts.
    • \n
    • Coordinate onboarding activities and first-day arrangements such as IT equipment setup and building access.
    • \n
    • Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll-related administration.
    • \n
    • Assist with performance review processes and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
    • \n
    • Manage the leaver process including exit administration and equipment returns.
    • \n

    People Operations & Compliance:

    \n
      \n
    • Monitor and manage absence records, support return-to-work processes, and carry out Right to Work checks.
    • \n
    • Assist with employee meetings, performance management processes, and maintain training records.
    • \n
    • Produce basic HR reports on headcount, turnover, and other statistics.
    • \n
    • Handle employee benefits administration and act as the first point of contact for general HR queries.

    Employee Engagement & Culture:

      \n
    • Support the planning and delivery of employee engagement activities and company events.
    • \n
    • Coordinate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.

    Continuous Improvement:

    \n
      \n
    • Assist with the implementation of new HR processes and initiatives.
    • \n
    • Contribute ideas to improve administrative processes and enhance employee experience.
    • \n

  • \n

    Additional Administration:

    \n
      \n
    • Manage incoming post and distribute accordingly.
    • \n
    • Order and maintain office and workplace supplies.
    • \n
  • \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Coordinator role is desirable.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Experience using HR systems is advantageous.
  • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications.
  • \n
  • Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams.
  • \n
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • \n
  • A genuine interest in HR, employee experience, and continuous improvement.
