We are working with a leading London based firm and due to ongoing success, there is a need to hire a corporate/commercial solicitor on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will possess solid experience and knowledge of a broad range of company law and corporate matters and ideally be experienced in advising clients in any of the following areas:

\n - Start-ups
\n - Joint Ventures
\n - Mergers & Acquisitions
\n - Private equity buy outs
\n - Capital markets work
\n - Banking
\n - Marketing & business development/networking
\n
\n
