Operations & Business Support Assistant
\n\nWimbledon, Southwest London
\nHybrid – 4 days office / 1 day WFH
\nSalary: £28,000 - £33,000 DOE (flexibility for the right person)
\nPermanent, Full-Time (4 days per week considered)
\n\nWe’re looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Business Support Assistant to join a growing business in Wimbledon.
\nThis is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with senior leadership across administration, finance, systems, marketing and general operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy variety, take ownership of their work and be someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\nThis role would suit someone who is highly organised, commercially minded and enjoys being involved across different areas of a business. You’ll play an important role in keeping processes running smoothly, improving ways of working and providing reliable support across the company.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Supporting senior leadership and the wider team with day-to-day administration \n
- Managing documents, records and internal systems \n
- Processing invoices and supporting finance administration, including payroll support \n
- Assisting with expenses, supplier queries and general business paperwork \n
- Managing and maintaining CRM systems and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date \n
- Supporting data management, reporting and internal processes \n
- Assisting with marketing activity, including email campaigns, social media support and website updates \n
- Managing general enquiries and supporting office coordination \n
- Supporting diary management, meetings, travel arrangements and business logistics \n
- Coordinating tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met \n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency \n
- Handling confidential information with discretion \n
About You

- Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook \n
- Able to pick up new systems quickly and work confidently with technology \n
- Commercially aware with a solutions-focused mindset \n
- Someone who sees something that needs doing and gets it done \n
Previous experience in administration, operations, business support, executive support, finance administration or office management would be beneficial.
\nExperience with systems, CRM platforms, reporting, invoicing or payroll support would also be advantageous.
