JR340: Repairs AdministratorLocation: Leatherhead, SurreySalary: £26,227 Per AnnumOverview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Repairs Administrator on behalf of one of our clients.Applications from ex-military candidates are actively encouraged, however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Repairs Admin duties.
\n
• Obtaining, verifying, and confirming customer information through answering incoming calls.
\n
• Resolve any customer queries and problems that come through.
\n
• Raise notes on the internal company IT system for use, as necessary, by office and filed-based personnel
\n
• Escalate or pass through calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
\n
• Any other duties as may reasonably by requested by the department heads.
\n

Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Administrator experience is preferred.
\n
• Experience of working in a multi-sited company.
\n
• Experience of high volume, high pressure environments.
\n
• Customer Service experience.
\n
• Excellent communication skills.
\n
