Job Description

Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic charity in their search for a Temporary Administrator, based in Gloucester. The role will contribute to the efficient administration of membership services, ensuring that a consistently high-quality service and experience is delivered to all members and customers. This role is expected to last 6 months, however this could be extended.

Day to Day

    \n
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from members and customers across all channels (e.g., face-to-face, telephone, email), ensuring an excellent service.
  • \n
  • Process membership applications, renewals and resignations using the CRM database, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure payments are processed accurately (including Direct Debit mandates and BACS payments).
  • \n
  • Process product orders and course bookings; coordinate delivery and dispatch of publications from the warehouse or through external mailing houses.
  • \n
  • Support the delivery of effective membership recruitment and retention campaigns.
  • \n
  • Engage with members and audiences, building relationships and understanding, both in-person at events and careers fairs, and by email and telephone
  • \n
  • Build relationships with other teams to help support development of membership resources.
  • \n
  • Liaise with external suppliers and consultants as required (e.g., telemarketers)
  • \n

What We Would Like To See

  • Experience in a customer services or membership environment.
  • \n
  • Experience of CRM or other database systems.
  • \n
  • Experience of office or membership administration, including processing financial records.
  • \n
  • Excellent IT skills and experience of using MS Office
  • \n
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, confident phone manner.
  • \n
  • Understanding of the principles of customer care and their importance.
  • \n
  • Awareness of GDPR and implications for communications and data handling.
  • \n
  • Experience of working under pressure, and manage competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
  • \n
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
