Reporting and Compliance Administrator | Maidstone | Paying £30k - £45k DOE
\nThis is a newly created position that combines elements of compliance, administration, commercial coordination and light financial analysis. The role has evolved from an audit-focused position, but the company has concluded that a qualified auditor is not necessary. Instead, they are seeking an organised, inquisitive individual who enjoys working with people, managing processes and ensuring information is accurate.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage the annual licence renewal process with distributors and licensees. \n
- Liaise with licensees to ensure agreements are completed and maintained. \n
- Keep licence records up to date and chase outstanding documentation. \n
- Monitor monthly/periodic volume declarations submitted by licensees. \n
- Follow up with customers to ensure reporting deadlines are met. \n
- Carry out volume verification audits by comparing reported sales against customer accounting records. \n
- Conduct audits remotely via Microsoft Teams or onsite across Europe. \n
- Build and maintain positive relationships with commercial partners. \n
- Support the wider finance and commercial teams with administrative and compliance activities. \n

- Comfortable travelling within Europe several times a year. \n
