Based in Plymouth, you'll play a key role in delivering professional valuation advice across a diverse range of commercial property assets.This is an opportunity to become part of a successful and supportive team with a strong local reputation, excellent client relationships, and a growing commercial property portfolio.The RoleYou will be responsible for:\n

• Undertaking commercial property valuations for a variety of purposes including secured lending, acquisition, disposal, taxation and advisory work.
\n
• Inspecting and assessing a broad range of property types including offices, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets.
\n
• Producing accurate, professional valuation reports in line with RICS standards.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, developers and property investors.
\n
• Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the professional services team.
\n
• Supporting wider commercial agency and consultancy activities where appropriate.
\n

About YouWe're looking for someone who:\n

\n
• Is MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification with relevant valuation experience).
\n
• Has experience within commercial property valuation.
\n
• Possesses excellent report writing and analytical skills.
\n
• Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
\n
• Enjoys building client relationships and developing business opportunities.
\n
• Is self-motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
\n
