This Carpenter Multi role focuses on void property refurbishments, with all materials delivered directly to site, allowing you to concentrate on completing high-quality work efficiently.I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Void Operative, Multi trade Operative or in a similar construction-related role.As a Carpenter Multi you will be:Fit and Fix Mortice Latch and Latch set, multipoint locks, Door Hanging, Door Lining and Rebated frameworkRespond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve efficientlyAll aspects of kitchen installation with mitred worktop joints and flooringAble to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectivelyId love to speak to Carpenter Multi who has:Experience working within the residential repairs and maintenance sector.Experience in kitchen installations, including both first and second fix carpentry.Experience carrying out fabrication work, including remodelling, structural alterations, and framework repairs.Good knowledge of residential building regulations.NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent) or be time-served.Own van and tools are essential.A DBS check will be required before commencing the role.This Carpenter Multi role is offering the following benefits:Materials delivered directly to site.A fuel card provided when travelling between multiple sites.Overtime opportunities available.This role is offering £25 per hour.Location & travel Based in Fareham, the role includes a company vehicle, making site travel easy.
