As we continue to invest in technology and grow our online capabilities, we're looking for someone with a logical, analytical mindset to join our Programming team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem solving, technology and attention to detail, and wants to develop specialist skills within the market research industry.The Role As a Junior Survey Programmer, you'll be learning to build and test online surveys using the Forsta survey platform, checking data quality throughout projects, and producing tables and outputs using Askia.You'll work closely with Project Managers to ensure surveys are delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standard.No two days are the same. One day you could be programming a complex customer satisfaction survey, the next you could be checking quota logic, troubleshooting survey behaviour or producing client-ready data tables.Full training will be provided on our systems, but we're looking for someone who enjoys learning technology and solving problems.Key Responsibilities Program online surveys using the Forsta platformTest surveys thoroughly before launch across multiple devicesBuild routing, quotas, validation and survey logicCheck survey data throughout fieldwork to ensure accuracyProduce data tables and reports using AskiaTroubleshoot programming issues and identify logical errorsMake amendments quickly during live projectsWork closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on timeEnsure projects meet internal quality standardsContinuously improve programming processes and documentationWhat We're Looking For Essential A logical and analytical approach to problem solvingExcellent attention to detailStrong organisational skillsGood communication skillsComfortable working with technology and softwareBasic understanding of HTMLAbility to work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracyDesirable Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Development, Mathematics or another technical subjectUp to 1-2 years' experience in a technical or programming-related roleExperience using HTMLKnowledge of survey programming platforms (Forsta, Confirmit, Decipher or Qualtrics) would be advantageous but is not essentialExperience working with data or reporting software such as Askia would be beneficialThe Type of Person Who Will Thrive Here You'll enjoy this role if you:Like solving puzzles and working through problems logicallyEnjoy learning new technology and systemsTake pride in producing accurate, high-quality workCan spot mistakes that others might missEnjoy working as part of a supportive teamWant to build a long-term career within market research and technologyTPBN1_UKTJ
