Apprentice Smart Engineer

A law firm are currently seeking an apprentice to help assist with their IT and smart networks.The role will provide a hands-on opportunity to work with enterprise technology, engage with key stakeholders within the firm, and develop new skills. Ideal for a 1 st time role since training will be provided.KEY DUTIESConfigure and install network hardware including switches, firewalls and wireless access pointsMonitor and review network infrastructure to ensure effective operational uptime and effectiveness of the networkCreate and maintain technical documentation and diagrams outlining the network architecture and proceduresMaintain accurate inventory records and perform audit functionsProvide technical support to localised IT Teams and assist with network-related inquiriesPerform routine maintenance and upgrades on network equipmentRespond to security incidents to ensure the integrity of the networkCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSIndependent skillsTeam work skillsOrganisational skillsGood written and oral communication skillsSelf-MotivatedELIGIBILITYHave the right to live and work in the UK.Sound like you?
