A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London is seeking a Leverage Finance Associate to join its established banking and finance team. The Role
\n From a recruitment perspective, this role offers exposure to a broad range of leveraged finance matters, including:

• Advising lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions
\n
• Acting on private equity-backed deals, refinancings, and restructurings
\n
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements
\n
• Managing transaction processes and coordinating with corporate, tax, and regulatory teams
\n
• Advising on covenant packages, security structures, and risk allocation
\n
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex cross-border transactions
\n

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in banking and finance or leveraged finance

• Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
