A highly respected Legal 500 firm in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Partner to join its Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence practice. This is a senior strategic appointment offering the opportunity to lead high-value claimant work, contribute to the continued growth of the department, and play a key role in the wider firm.

The Role
\n From a recruitment perspective, this role offers a rare opportunity to operate at a senior level within a leading regional practice. Responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing complex, high-value personal injury and clinical negligence claims

• Advising clients on catastrophic injury and serious medical negligence matters
\n
• Overseeing case strategy, risk management, and supervision of junior fee earners
\n
• Driving departmental growth through business development and client relationship management
\n
• Contributing to firm-wide strategy and cross-referral initiatives
\n
• Maintaining high professional and regulatory standards
\n

About You

• Experienced Solicitor at Partner level (or Senior Associate ready to step up)

• Strong background in claimant personal injury and/or clinical negligence work

• Proven ability to manage high-value, complex cases

• Demonstrable business development capability and client following (or clear potential)

• Commercially minded with strong leadership and mentoring skills
