The Role\n

Lead and manage a diverse caseload of complex, high-value commercial disputes across multiple sectors.\n

Handle matters including:\n

Commercial & international disputes\n

Shareholder, partnership, and director disputes\n

Fraud, insolvency, and asset recovery\n

Restructuring and related disputes\n

Source and generate new work, leveraging your established referral network.\n

Play a pivotal role in developing the team and expanding the firm's disputes practice.\n

The Candidate We are seeking a Partner (or ambitious Legal Director/Senior Associate) who can demonstrate:\n

A strong track record of originating and managing high-value disputes.\n

A proven ability to attract new clients and build long-term relationships.\n

Commercial acumen and strategic thinking to help shape and grow the department.\n

The ambition to progress towards equity partnership.\n
