Permanent, Full Time\n
Portsmouth;\n
Do you have an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent?\n
Do you have electrical maintenance experience across motors, switchgear and MCC/control panels?\n
Would you be comfortable working in a COMAH / hazardous environment?\n

What will you be doing?\n
\nCarrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across critical site infrastructure\n
\nMaintaining electrical distribution systems, motors, drives, switchgear, MCCs and control panels\n
\nSupporting control systems and instrumentation maintenance\n
\nFault finding, repairs and rectification\n
\nCompleting inspections and maintenance records\n
\nSupporting site operations and occasional UK travel\n
\nWorking safely in line with legislation and site procedures\n
\nSupervising other operatives where required\n
Where will you be doing it?\n
\nYou'll be joining an organisation operating and maintaining critical oil and fuel infrastructure supporting UK defence operations. The site is highly regulated, with a strong focus on safety, reliability and environmental standards.\n
What will you need?\n
\nNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent\n
\nRecognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent training\n
\n18th Edition (BS7671)\n
\nElectrical maintenance experience, including motors, switchgear and MCC/control panels\n
\n2391 or equivalent inspection and testing qualification\n
\nFull UK driving licence\n
\nCompEx EX01-EX04 desirable\n
\nInstrumentation experience advantageous; training provided\n
\nFull colour vision required\n
