\nWhat Youll Be Doing:
\nAs a Field Care Supervisor, you will support clients in their own homes with daily activities that help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
\nYour responsibilities may include:

- Personal care and hygiene support \n
- Assisting with medication where trained \n
- Meal preparation and nutritional support \n
- Companionship and emotional wellbeing \n
- Shopping and community visits \n
- Mobility and independence support \n
- Light household duties \n
- Maintaining accurate care records \n
- Staff spot checks \n
- Care assessments \n
- On-Call duty (extra pay) \n

\nEssential Requirements:
\nTo be considered for this role, you must have:

- A Full UK Driving Licence \n
- Access to your own vehicle \n
- The right to work in the UK \n
- Good communication skills \n
- Availability to work alternate weekends \n
