Production Operator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operator based in South Bedfordshirefor one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.

Summary of the Production Operator role

\n

Salary: £29,000 including shift allowance
Location:South Bedfordshire
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Rotating shift 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am

\n

Responsibilities of theProduction Operator

\n

\n
• Run machines and produce weather seals
\n
• Replacement of raw materials
\n
• Quality control checks
\n
• Promptly report any quality issues to the supervisor
\n
• Maintain awareness of scheduling requirements and work efficiently to meet targets
\n
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping
\n
• Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
\n
• Report any unsafe acts or Health, Safety and Environmental incidents
\n
• Will involve lifting up to 20Kg
\n

Requirements for a successful Production Operator

\n

\n
• Experience working with hand, air and power tools
\n
• Previous experience in Manufacturing Production
\n
• Excellent time management
\n
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
\n
• Good communication skills
\n

\n
