Supplier Due Dilligence Analyst

MERITUS are recruiting for a Supplier Due Dilligence/Supplier Onboarding Analyst to join a sovereign defence manufacturing business as they continue scaling. We are looking for someone with experience of KYC, ISO27001, ISO9001 and comes from a Defence, Aerospace or Automotive background.

SUPPLIER DUE DILLIGENCE ANALYST - INSIDE IR35 - £27.38 PER HOUR - STEVENAGE (2 DAYS A WEEK ON SITE AFTER INDUCTION) - 6 months - UNDERGO SC CLEARANCE - SECTOR: DEFENCE/PROCUREMENT

HOURS: 37 Hours Per Week

TIME TO START: 2 MONTHS

The Procurement Excellence team operates at an International (Group) level and is a team of subject matter experts providing support to Procurement and the Senior Procurement management team

Responsibilities:

• All Non procurement Vendor Due diligence - Investigating vendors on third party tools, proposing an assessment, validating with compliance

• On Boarding processing

• Supplier data management
\n
• Stakeholder management - Finance, compliance, procurement, rest of business
\n
• Reporting and dashboards
\n

Skillset/experience required:

• Supplier On Boarding/KYC
\n
• Defence and aerospace regulatory knowledge
\n
• Knowledge of ISO37001 - ETHICS
\n
• Knowledge of ISO9001 - QUALITY
\n
• Advanced excel/word/Powerpoint skills
\n
• Attention to detail
\n
• Quick to master new tools and processes
\n
• Ivalua (advantageous not required)
\n
• SAP (preferential not required)
