Senior AV Installation Engineer

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 + Company Vehicle + Pension

Location: Reading / M4 Corridor (covering London and UK-wide projects)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established AV integrator for an experienced AV Installation Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

This is a hands on role where you'll take the lead on corporate AV installation projects, overseeing junior engineers while remaining actively involved in the installation, commissioning and delivery of each project.

Your Responsibilities

You will be delivering a variety of corporate AV installations including:

Boardrooms and meeting roomsTraining rooms and auditoriumsVideo conferencing solutionsVideo walls and digital signageMulti room integrated AV systems

You'll lead installations from rack build through to commissioning, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer relationships on site.

You Will HaveStrong experience installing corporate AV systemsExperience leading installation projects and mentoring junior engineersRack building, wiring, fault finding and commissioning experienceKnowledge of AV technologies including Crestron, AMX, Poly, Yealink, Logitech or CiscoGood understanding of IT and networkingAbility to read technical drawings, cable schedules and installation documentationFull UK driving licence

CTS certification and programming experience with Crestron or AMX would be advantageous but are not essential.
