\nWe are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and fast growing factory in Cheltenham. This role involves repetitive production tasks where attention to detail and consistency are key.\n

Pay & Hours:\n
\n• £12.81 per hour\n
\n• £13.41 per hour from 18:00\n
\n• Night shifts (16:00 start – 22:00 / 00:00 finish, depending on workload)\n
\n• Monday to Friday\n
\n
What you’ll be doing:\n
\n• Carrying out repetitive tasks such as feeding materials into machinery\n
\n• Working on a fast paced processing line\n
\n• Following clear instructions to maintain quality standards\n
\n• Keeping your workstation clean and organised\n
\n• Supporting the team to meet daily targets and workflow demands\n
\n• Communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues\n
\n
