Sales Operations AssociateLondon | Hybrid Working (4 Days Office Based)Up to £30,000 DOEAbout the OpportunityWe are partnering with a high-growth, Recruitment specialsit that is looking to hire a Sales Operations Associate to support commercial performance, reporting and operational excellence across the organisation.Working closely with senior leadership, this position will play a key role in maintaining data quality, supporting business performance reporting, improving processes and ensuring effective use of CRM and sales technologies.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or Revenue Operations.Key Responsibilities\n

  • Produce and maintain sales and performance reporting, including pipeline analysis, forecasting and revenue tracking
  • \n
  • Maintain high levels of CRM accuracy and data integrity
  • \n
  • Support reporting across pipeline performance, activity levels, conversion rates and commercial metrics
  • \n
  • Assist with dashboard creation, reporting automation and process improvement initiatives
  • \n
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • \n
  • Support consultants and stakeholders with CRM best practice and data management
  • \n
  • Assist with onboarding, training and adoption of internal systems and processes
  • \n
  • Contribute to commercial projects, market mapping and business development initiatives
  • \n
  • Liaise with external technology providers to support ongoing system improvements
  • \n
RequirementsEssential\n
    \n
  • 6-18 months' experience within Recruitment Sales Operations, Recruitment Operations, Commercial Operations or a closely related operational support function
  • \n
  • Experience working within a recruitment, staffing, executive search or talent solutions environment
  • \n
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • \n
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining high-quality data
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • \n

  • Exposure to sales reporting, forecasting or pipeline analysis
  • \n
  • Experience supporting recruitment consultants, sales teams or business development functions

  • Experience using modern recruitment technology and CRM platforms

ImportantApplications without previous Recruitment Sales Operations or Recruitment Operations experience will not be considered.
