\nAs an Associate Director, you will take a lead role across the full deal lifecycle, including:
\nTransaction Leadership
\n- \n
- Lead day-to-day delivery of M&A transactions (buy-side & sell-side) \n
- Manage multiple live deals in a fast-paced environment \n
- Drive transactions through to successful completion \n
Financial & Commercial Analysis
\n- \n
- Perform and review: \n
- financial modelling \n
- valuation analysis \n
- private equity returns modelling \n
- Identify key commercial insights and strategic considerations \n
Client & Stakeholder Management
\n- \n
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients \n
- Manage stakeholders including: \n

- legal advisors \n
- Navigate complex deal dynamics and resolve issues \n
Marketing & Deal Materials
\n- \n
- Lead preparation of: \n
- Information Memoranda \n
- Teasers \n
- Management presentations \n
- Support pitches and proposals \n
Business Development

- Build relationships across the regional M&A market \n
- Identify and convert new opportunities \n
- Support pipeline growth and market presence \n
Team Leadership

- Mentor and develop junior team members \n

About You
\nProven experience across end-to-end M&A transactions
\nBackground in:
\n- \n
- Corporate Finance \n
- Investment Banking \n
- Private Equity \n
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to:

- interpret financial data \n
- form clear, strategic views \n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
\nProfessional qualification (ACA / ACCA / ICAS or equivalent) preferred

- Existing network within the regional M&A market \n
