Working alongside experienced Financial Advisers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes while helping to develop efficient processes and systems as the firm continues to grow.

The Role

As a Diploma Qualified Paraplanner, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality suitability reports and recommendation letters.
\n
• Conducting technical research across pensions, investments and protection.
\n
• Providing pre- and post-meeting technical support to Financial Advisers.
\n
• Liaising with providers and clients where appropriate.
\n
• Managing cases through Intelligent Office (iO) and ensuring accurate client records.
\n
• Assisting in the development of report templates, workflows and operational processes.
\n
• Supporting the continued growth and evolution of the paraplanning function.
\n

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
\n
• Previous Paraplanning experience within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) or Wealth Management practice.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection.
\n
• Experience using Intelligent Office (iO) would be advantageous.
\n
• Excellent report writing, analytical and research skills.
\n
• A proactive, organised and collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.
\n
