Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid after success completion of probation )Hours: 40 hours per week, between 7.45am-8.45pm.Rotating shifts with the rota provided several weeks in advance (including some weekends and bank holidays on a rota)Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well established organisation who provide a very unique service to their customers .Due to growth our client is looking to recruit skilled and experienced customer service professionals to join their team This isn't your typical customer service role. • Managing a caseload of customer enquiries and ongoing cases
\n
• Providing outstanding customer support over the telephone and via email
\n
• Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to progress cases efficiently
\n
• Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems
\n
• Prioritising multiple tasks while working to agreed service levels
\n
• Identifying complex cases and escalating where appropriate
\n
• Delivering a compassionate, professional and customer-focused service at every stage
\n
