We're looking for a technically minded individual with strong communication skills who has a customer-focused approach; as the Technical Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, working across a variety of projects from initial consultation through to implementation and ongoing support. • Providing technical support to customers via telephone, email, and site visits.
\n
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
\n
• Supporting the integration of onboard systems and associated software.
\n
• Assisting with system installations, upgrades, and retrofits at customer sites.
\n
• Working closely with customers, integrators, and internal engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
\n
• Creating and maintaining customer databases, documentation, and technical records.
\n
• Delivering technical training to customers and colleagues.
\n
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
\n
• Travelling regularly to Germany and occasionally internationally to support customers and projects.
\n

Technical Engineer (German Speaking)Qualifications & Experience\n

\n
• Fluent German and English language skills.
\n
• Degree qualification (or equivalent experience) in Electronics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
\n
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Lua, or .NET.
\n
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Ethernet networks.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
\n
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
\n
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\n
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel internationally.
\n
