We're looking for an experienced Complaints Investigator & Auditor to join our growing Customer Experience team. If you have a background in complaints handling, compliance or auditing within claims, insurance or financial services, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely values quality, customer outcomes and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:

• Investigating and resolving customer complaints fairly and efficiently.
\n
• Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company standards.
\n
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve processes.
\n
• Producing audit and complaints reports for senior management.
\n
• Supporting and coaching colleagues to maintain high compliance standards.
\n
• Helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
\n

What we're looking for:

\n
• Experience handling complaints and/or conducting audits within claims management, insurance or financial services.
\n
• Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance.
\n
• Excellent investigation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
\n
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
\n
