Dispute Resolution/Litigation Associate Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE)
\nFull-Time | Hybrid/Remote Options | Mid-Sussex
\nSalary: £40,000-£65,000 DOEBonus: 20% of billings above £180,000Commission: 15% of work introduced to the firm

\nA modern, forward-thinking law firm is seeking an ambitious Dispute Resolution/Litigation Associate Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) to join its growing team.
\nThis role offers a varied caseload across civil and commercial litigation, including property, corporate, commercial, employment, probate and intellectual property disputes. You will manage your own matters, build client relationships and enjoy genuine opportunities for progression.
\nFlexible working arrangements are available, including office-based, hybrid and remote options.
\nWorking Hours

- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am-6:00pm \n
- Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm \n

\nThe Role
\nReporting to senior dispute resolution solicitors, you will:

- Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision \n
- Act as a key contact for clients \n
- Assist with supervising trainees and paralegals \n
- Work alongside experienced consultant solicitors \n
- Handle a broad range of civil and commercial disputes \n
Areas of work include:

- Property disputes \n
- Corporate and commercial litigation \n
- Employment disputes \n
- Contentious probate matters \n
- Intellectual property disputes \n
Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Managing a varied dispute resolution caseload \n
- Handling County Court and High Court litigation \n
- Providing clear, commercial legal advice \n
- Conducting introductory client calls and converting enquiries \n
- Using AI tools and legal technology in practice \n
- Supporting marketing, networking and business development activities \n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships \n
About You
\nYou will be:
\n- \n
- A qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years' PQE in litigation/dispute resolution \n
- Experienced in County Court and/or High Court litigation \n
- Comfortable handling a range of civil and commercial disputes \n
- Able to work independently while responding well to supervision \n
- A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills \n
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development \n
- Confident using modern IT systems and AI-enabled tools \n
- Organised, resilient and client focused \n
