Join a thriving independent financial advisory firm with over 20 years of established reputation and a strong track record of excellence. Following significant new business growth, they're seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support their expanding team of financial and mortgage advisers.

You'll deliver comprehensive end-to-end paraplanning across pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, and inheritance tax for a diverse client base ranging from young professionals to high-net-worth individuals holding £100k to £2m+ in investable assets.

This respected IFA operates from modern offices in Godalming, serving affluent clients across Surrey, Hampshire, London and beyond. Their client base includes professional sports club relationships and long-standing private wealth clients. The firm culture emphasises collaboration, professional development, and client-focused advice.

Desired experience;

Diploma-qualified or near completion

Proven expertise in comprehensive paraplanning

Proficiency with Voyant cashflow modelling (advantageous)

Strong analytical and attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously within a supportive team environment

Route to adviser qualification within 2 years (career progression opportunity)
