\nCMD Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Cross Manufacturing, a world-leading manufacturer supplying precision-engineered components to the aerospace, automotive and industrial sectors.
\nWe are looking for experienced Production Operatives or Manufacturing Operatives who have previously worked within a factory or engineering environment and are looking to join a skilled production team.
The Role\nWorking within the Winding Department, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality precision components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
\nDuties include:

- Operating production machinery and manufacturing equipment \n
- Manufacturing precision components to engineering specifications \n
- Conducting quality inspections and visual checks \n
- Using measuring equipment and production gauges \n
- Completing production documentation accurately \n
- Following standard operating procedures and health & safety requirements \n
- Working to production targets whilst maintaining excellent quality standards \n

- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment \n
- Experience operating production machinery or manufacturing equipment \n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products \n
- Ability to follow written work instructions and manufacturing processes \n
- Good manual dexterity and practical skills \n
- A reliable work ethic and excellent attendance record \n

Although full training will be provided on Cross Manufacturing's products and processes, applicants should have previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.This is a precision manufacturing environment where attention to detail and quality are essential. It is not a general warehouse or picking and packing role.
