The Role

As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting solicitors across a range of legal and administrative tasks. You will be involved in the day-to-day management of files, legal research, document preparation, and client communication, ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist solicitors in the preparation of legal documents
\n
• Conduct legal research and collate information
\n
• Maintain and organise case files, ensuring documentation is accurate
\n
• Liaise professionally with clients, stakeholders and third parties
\n
• Manage solicitors’ diaries and schedule appointments using Microsoft Outlook
\n
• Prepare reports and summaries for solicitor review
\n
• Utilise Microsoft Office applications to draft documents and manage data
\n
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal firm procedures
\n

About You

• Previous experience working within a law firm is desirable
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
\n
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
\n
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
\n
